  • Managed strategic development of Latina magazine's print and online properties

  • Managed domestic and international news coverage for the network's news division and MSNBC
  • Coordinated the network's daily coverage of the 2004 presidential election and 2006 midterm elections as well as newsgathering management at the primaries, conventions and debates
  • Supervised the network's overseas coverage of the Iraq war in 2003 with a team of managers
  • Instrumental in breaking several national stories including the Space Shuttle Columbia disaster
  • Launched the National Crew Desk and developed an intranet crew request system to streamline operations and maximize efficiencies with $5 million in budget savings in the first year
